About Citrona:
Citrona is a family walnut growing operation located in Winters, California, the walnut capital of the world. They have farmed walnuts since 1988, concentrating mainly on the Chandler variety. The finest quality nuts from their best fields are specially boxed and provided to Park Winters just for you!
Another gift from the magical Fig Forest at Park Winters, this balsamic vinegar features one of our favorite fruits! Sweet & succulent Mission figs impart their flavor and sensibility to this versatile pantry treat. Ripe figs are harvested and pressed for their wonderfully sweet juice, which are then blended with high-quality balsamic vinegar imported from Modena, Italy.
Use the fig balsamic vinegar in lieu of regular vinegar in dressings and marinades, or as unique glaze on grilled pork. Drizzle over hard cheeses, or for a sweet treat,& try it on top of vanilla ice cream.
