From the 44-acre estate orchards in the heart of the Capay Valley, these olives were harvested and milled immediately. The grand olive of Tuscany, this bright, peppery oil, with a hint of bitter has a green grassy aroma and flavors of artichoke, green almond, and black pepper. It sparkles in the mouth and has a long finish.
