Provence lavender and gray sea salt come together in this spicy, aromatic salt. Blended by hand by our neighbor and famed gastronome, Georgeanne Breannan, this salt is sure to please.
Made from French gray sea salt from Guerande in Brittany and French lavender buds, use this spicy, aromatic salt as you would regular salt to season meats, vegetable dishes and even desserts, like chocolate.
Ingredients: Coarse Sel de Guerande and French lavender, 90 grams
